GJW Direct is a trading name of Munich Re Specialty Insurance (UK) Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Policies are underwritten by Munich Re Syndicate Limited or other partner insurers as stated in the policy documentation.

Our services to you may include arranging your insurance policy with the insurer, helping you to make any changes to your policy and to submit a claim. We act as an agent of the insurer under a delegated authority agreement, which allows us to bind risks, issue documents and handle claims. GJW Direct acts on a non-advised basis, meaning we provide information about our products and services but do not make a personal recommendation as to the suitability of the insurance policy.

For our services, we receive commission from the insurer which is a percentage of the total annual premium. Administration fees will also apply for arranging, amending, renewing and cancelling of any insurance policy. Details of any fees/charges will be declared to you in advance of them being incurred.

We will collect personal information from you to provide you with an insurance quote. The information may be exchanged with third parties including the police and other insurers to assist in information verification and fraud prevention. Please answer all questions fully and honestly.

Failure to provide full and accurate information may invalidate your policy, affect your premium, your cover or any subsequent claims.
