Built in 2009 at the German shipyard, Lürssen, this superyacht was named Radiant by its owner Abdulla Al Futtaim, an Emirati billionaire. Radiant is able to hold up to 20 guests and 44 crew members at any one time and has been priced at $320 million.
Considered to be the 32nd largest superyacht across the globe, Radiant is a prime example of luxuriousness with its built in helicopter landing pad, swimming pool and massage room. Let’s not forget the deck jacuzzi where guests can spend an afternoon soaking amongst the bubbles as they gaze across the vast natural landscapes.

The design for this $350 million yacht was originally proposed in 1995 for Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei, before the project was abandoned. Subsequently, plans were picked up in the early 21st century by the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
It was previously considered the largest yacht in the world when first built reaching 162 metres in length and enough cabin space to accommodate 115 people. From its helicopter deck, numerous VIP suites, social lounges and split-level owner’s deck, no expense has been spared to create the ultimate vessel of luxury.
A look around its extravagant interior showcases a taste for bold and dominant colours which are aesthetically pleasing and coincide with its lavish exterior.
Dubai yacht was commissioned by Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei and was acquired by Platinum Yachts for Sheik Mohammed Rashid al-Maktoum (ruler of Dubai) who designed the decadent interior.

Our final port of call has to be the impressive superyacht, Azzam. Priced at $650 million and reaching a total of 180 metres, this extraordinary vessel currently holds the title as the world’s largest superyacht.
Built in 2013 by German shipyard Lürssen, it took a total of four years to complete and a crew of 4,000 individuals to complete. It is owned by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nayan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Emir of Abu Dhabi.
With adequate space for 36 guests, the Azzam’s interiors have been kept under wraps but it is known to feature a missile defence system, a bullet-proof master suite and has the ability to reach speeds of more than 30 knots making the Azzam one of the fastest superyachts in the world too. Impressive, right?
