Like everyone we have busily been gathering information about the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our phone lines are still open and we are working hard to answer your calls. All non-urgent queries can be managed online by logging into your GJW Direct account, where you can use your account to renew your policy, check your policy documents, make changes to your policy and to register a claim. This could save you time and will help us continue to support all of our customers.
Struggling to make direct debit payments?
If you’re struggling to make your payments due to the impact of COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on your circumstances there are different ways we might be able to help, like:
- Postponing the date payment is due
- Changing your policy details to reflect your new circumstances
- Removing any optional extras or policy upgrades you don’t need
- Suspending your policy
- Cancelling your policy without any fees payable
