Pre-Ride Check

Storage and Trailer Security

Fuel is also a valuable resource that can be targeted by thieves, making it essential to protect it from unauthorised access. Fuel stabilisers help protect your fuel from breaking down and becoming unusable and is especially important if you plan on storing your PWC for an extended period of time.

Using a fuel filler cap with a locking mechanism can help prevent unauthorised access to your fuel, which is especially important if you plan on storing your jet ski in a public area. 

Keeping the fuel tank full can help prevent condensation, which can easily build up in partially empty tanks, leading to water contamination. 

Storing Your PWC

Storing your PWC in a garage or storage unit can protect it from the elements, as well as helping prevent theft. You can also look to purchase a PWC cover that can help prevent a build-up of dust, debris, and other contaminants that can damage the exterior or interior components of the craft. They can also protect your PWC from exposure to sunlight, which can cause fading and deterioration of the materials.

Lastly, if you plan on storing your PWC for an extended period of time, it is important to keep the battery charged to prevent it from losing its charge and becoming damaged.
